SAPLING IMPLEMENTATION OVERVIEW

Sapling offers two implementation packages: Platinum and Self-Deploy.
1. PLATINUM IMPLEMENTATION
The Platinum Implementation is best suited for companies with +100 employees &/or multiple locations.
The Platinum Implementation provides a dedicated Implementation Specialist for four (4) weeks and includes four (4) implementation video conference calls covering:
- Project Plan and Implementation Overview
- Sandbox walkthrough including importing general employee data and company assets
- Configuring your employee experience platform including;
- Employee Record
- Admin Roles
- Set-up of basic ATS, Payroll and G-Suite integrations (where applicable)
- Completing a test onboarding
This does not include custom programming efforts or any development work with Sapling’s or other third-party APIs. Utilization of the Sapling API is completed by customer with technical support available via email.
The Platinum Implementation is based on work with one point of contact for all data, and all data must be imported within the duration of the package. Data for import must be in Excel or CSV files.
The service does not include uploading of files or photos, manual data entry from paper files or PDF documents, transferring existing onboarding or offboarding checklists, setting up documents for e-signaturing.
Work not completed during this time frame is subject to additional implementation fees. Extra time, if needed, is billed by the hour at $125 per hour.
2. SELF-DEPLOY IMPLEMENTATION
The Self-Deploy Implementation is best suited for companies with <100 employees and basic setup/integration requirements.
Sapling’s self-service setup allows you to configure Sapling and your required integrations independently, with resources to help you through every step.
